In the year 2025, on February 28, shipments of the FP2N6A (1/12) product will begin.
This product is intended for international customers and is shipped from China.
Therefore, please note that the time of arrival of the shipment may vary depending on the circumstances of the carrier in each country.
Since then, we have announced several times that the announced release date has been delayed due to local conditions in China, and we have informed collectors around the world.
This announcement has been posted on Instagram, Facebook, and RCN STUDIOS' official website since 2023.
However, we have announced in detail that due to the local situation in China, we had to change factories three times due to product quality problems.
In China, every January and February is a national holiday and a very long two-month vacation.
This delay in production has put RCN STUDIOS in a very difficult position to serve our collectors around the world.
We are in the position of waiting for the sequential completion of production due to the expenditure of the third factory, which is equivalent to three times, and the schedule of the factory.
Therefore, in December 2024, FP2N12A (1/6) has been shipped and you will receive FP2N6A (1/12) soon.
In addition, FP4N12J production is in progress, so as soon as the production of FP4N12J is completed, we will announce it on the RNC official website.

For those of you who have pre-ordered the 1/6th scale and 1/12th scale head sculpt, we would like to inform you of the following.

RCN STUDIOS is currently mass-producing the head sculpt at our factory in China.
An overseas pre-purchaser told us the following.
“Since I made a preorder on Instagram or Facebook, it is natural for buyers to ask about when the product will be shipped and updates from RCN STUDIOS or ROUNDCODE's personal revisions.”
This is what one of our pre-purchasers told us.
We sympathize with this sentiment.
However, we would like to emphasize that Head Sculpt products from our studio are not painted and shipped by individuals.
We understand that this may be a concern for some of our pre-purchase customers who often receive personal inquiries on social media.
We apologize and ask for understanding from those who are waiting for the product by clearing up some misunderstandings.
Due to the confusion in the relationship between pre-purchasers and RCN STUDIOS due to the social media, we would like to inform you that the following changes have been made.
“RCN STUDIOS” and ROUNDCODE will no longer be answering questions about Head Sculpt pre-order reservations on Instagram and Facebook, and you can contact us via e-mail if you have any questions.
This is to prevent confusion on social media (people who mistake it for private production, do not check the official website and Google site for announcement updates, and send abusive and distressing social media to our studio staff).
Since last year, we have been providing quarterly announcements on the RCN Studios official website rcnstudios.art, which can also be found on the RCN Google site.

The products you have pre-purchased are in production at the Chinese factory, and RCN STUDIOS is in the process of supervising the factory until the production is completed.
However, we would like to apologize for the delay in the announced release quarter of 2023.
As a result, in order to ensure the quality of the products at the new factory, we will start production of FP2N6A and FP2N12A in January 2024, followed by FP4N12J and the original production sequence.

Reason for the change:
We outsourced the production to a Chinese factory from June 2023, but the factory deceived RCN Studios about the production option.
As a result, there were problems with product quality, so we switched to another Chinese factory in December 2023. - We announced the change shortly afterward.
As of January 2024, another factory in China has resumed production of RCN STUDIOS' full line of head sculpts.
As of May 2024, they are currently producing FP2N6A / FP2N12A.
Due to this unexpected change, we would like to announce that the release date will be moved forward by the time we started production in June last year.
Release schedule change: 1-2 quarter delay to the original release.

We would like to explain the situation of the mass product
During last few months, we tried our very best to communicate with factory and follow up with production progress. I was disappointed last time when I travel to the factory in China. Neverless, we attempted to try fixing the product one by one but still it’s not what we expected
After discussion with collectors and friends, we have to make a hard decision – We shall start all over again. Previous products shall be destroyed and we will start from the very beginning
FP4N12J will be postponed for 1-2 quarter because it become a newproject again.
FP2N6A and FP2N12A will be released before FP4N12J. We have found a new partner for producing high quality head sculpts. We will not fail again.
